The furnished living room area is very cozy and comfortable. The picture shows that the furnishings are tasteful and well arranged. The sofa is especially comfortable.
It comes complete with cable outlet and television. At the moment Rogers full package is included. (movie channels and PPV movies are not included). 
One especially nice feature is the gas fireplace's cheery glow.
